Huon valley recently hosted the Southern Country Shield. Competitors from around 10 other clubs participated and all were complimentary of the condition of our course. Our number one side managed to win the gross by a considerable margin with the heavy lifting done by Adrian Butt 71 and Bill Wellington 72, Dennis Kelly made up the numbers with a solid 83!
